Email and webpage templates that were affected by the migration were identified
Alignment changes were analyzed, documented and executed, codes were fixed, the format was changed and other quality checks within the scope were undertaken
Out-of-scope issues were proactively detected and communicated to the client development team, enabling faster resolution
New SOP documents were created and the existing ones updated for all processes/tasks on the new platform
