Solution Provided

To provide an opinion of the feasibility of the restructuring of businesses, Crisil Intelligence analyzed each business unit separately on various parameters like revenue, costs, assets etc. Crisil Intelligence provided detailed revenue projections for each of the business units to understand profitability and viability of each of the business units. Along with this, Crisil Intelligence undertook valuation of the company assets to determine overall and individual business units’ valuations which was used in understanding overall company level valuation Vs sum of individual business unit valuations.
