- Conducted current state assessment of data, systems and underlying infrastructure supporting the business processes.
- Developed data lineage across front office to back office applications, data quality analysis, detailed application assessment, and documented associated issues, pain points and redundancies across the application portfolio.
- Defined target state capabilities, recommendations, target state architecture and an actionable roadmap to transform to target state.
