Good hygiene is a building block for healthier communities. With this belief, Crisil Foundation and S&P Global India came together for “Hygiene for Humanity”, an initiative promoting sustainable health practices through volunteer-driven action.

Across eight cities—Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Chennai, Gurugram, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Noida, and Pune—over 1,000 volunteers dedicated their time to handcrafting 3,900+ biodegradable herbal soaps. Using natural ingredients and eco-friendly processes, the activity encouraged sustainability while creating essential hygiene products.

More than just soaps, this effort symbolizes care, collaboration, and empowerment. These soaps have being distributed to underserved communities, ensuring access to hygiene essentials and fostering well-being where it matters most.
