Crisil Integral IQ had the opportunity to attend and participate in the 13th Private Equity NY Forum, always energizing to exchange ideas with peers across the private markets ecosystem. As part of the event, we hosted a closed-door roundtable with senior leaders from both GP and LP communities. Pardeep Rajwani, Private Markets Head Crisil Integral IQ, hosted a round table discussion on "Reimagining Asset Servicing Landscape" with senior industry leaders. The discussion focused on the evolution of post-deal workflows, which are increasingly under the spotlight as firms seek to build scalable, future-ready operations.

We explored four critical areas driving this transformation:

• Valuations: A clear shift toward technology-led and platform-enabled solutions to improve scalability, support higher-frequency cycles, and enhance governanceInvestor

• Data Operations: The foundation for all of the above firms are prioritizing data integration, quality, and accessibility to power informed decision-making
  

It was a candid and forward-looking conversation, touching on everything from continuation funds and private wealth flows to AI adoption and cross-border complexity.
